Food Hygiene Awareness Course For Foreign Domestic & Care Workers
This Level 1 Food Awareness Course has been designed for Domestic & Care Workers who are involved with food management in homes.
The Course provides learners the basic understanding of food hygiene practices so that they can help prevent cross-contamination, good food management & proper food waste disposal.
The aim is to ensure that all home kitchens are safe & conforms to good practice.
Course comprises of 2 modules,
4 hours (half day) blocks over 2 days.
General Requirement:
Course requires a basic understanding of the English language.
Special Classes:
Bi-lingual courses will be jointly conducted with a native speaker for Indonesian & Myanmar candidates to facilitate clearer understanding on the subject.
